The ElectronicPartner buying group and the E-commerce company Sparhandy GmbH are developing their strategic partnership. Purchasing, sales and logistics for both companies' mobile communications hardware will be pooled in the modern Sparhandy GmbH logistics centre at the Bochum site. At the same time, ElectronicPartner is increasing the former capital investment in Sparhandy to 50.1 percent and will become the majority shareholder. ElectronicPartner has held a minority stake in the company since 2013. Wilke Stroman, founder of Sparhandy, remains the sole managing director. Subject to the agreement of the cartel authorities, implementation will take place in August 2015.

This cooperation makes ElectronicPartner and Sparhandy into one of the largest players, and it means we can also create a strong position for the future for our retail members", explains Michael Haubrich, member of ElectronicPartner's management board.
Sparhandy GmbH achieved the best result in the company's history in the commercial year 2014. "The strategic partnership with ElectronicPartner made a huge contribution towards this record result.
