Greta Ziob

Greta Ziob has been with ElectronicPartner since April 2023, initially serving as Head of Accounting and Tax. Since January 2025, she has been a member of the Management Board and is responsible for Controlling, Accounting and Tax, Credit Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Central Services, Legal, and the coordination of the Group companies. She is also in charge of Sustainability. Born in 1990, she previously gained extensive experience as an auditor at PwC and Ebner Stolz.

Patrick van Tent

Patrick van Tent

Since March 1, 2026, Patrick van Tent (born in 1969) has been a member of the Management Board of ElectronicPartner. He is responsible for the areas of Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing, as well as the national subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland. Patrick van Tent joined ElectronicPartner’s Dutch subsidiary in 2007 as Head of Purchasing, Marketing, and eCommerce. In 2017, he became Managing Director in the Netherlands and, in 2022, was additionally appointed to the Board of Directors of the international retail association E-Square. Prior to joining ElectronicPartner, he gained extensive experience in the specialist retail sector.

Matthias Assmann

Matthias Assmann

After leading the IT division at ElectronicPartner for seven years, Matthias Assmann, born in 1968, was appointed to the Management Board effective January 1, 2023. He is currently responsible for the IT, Logistics, and Processes divisions, as well as the departments of Human Resources and Corporate Communications. In addition, he oversees the technology network comTeam, WENDEpunkt GmbH, and international purchasing with E-Square. The graduate engineer became self-employed during his studies in electrical engineering, founding several companies. After selling these businesses, he went on to work, among others, for T-Mobile UK and Metro Cash & Carry Germany.
