Sustainability Report

In 2026, we will publish our first consolidated Sustainability Report prepared in accordance with the voluntary VSME Sustainability Reporting Standard (EU) 2025/1710 issued by the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG). ElectronicPartner Handel SE, as the largest subsidiary of Haubrich GmbH, prepares this voluntary, consolidated Sustainability Report for the entire group.

The report covers all fully consolidated and operationally active entities and enables us to document our developments and progress in the area of sustainability in a transparent and comprehensible manner – even without a legal reporting obligation.

Beyond the requirements of the VSME standard, we incorporate key elements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). These include in particular:

– a double materiality assessment,

– a comprehensive climate risk analysis of our corporate and logistics sites, and

– the systematic involvement of relevant stakeholders in strategy and reporting processes.

Through this combined approach, we ensure that our report reflects the specific circumstances of our corporate group while also meeting stakeholder expectations and key European requirements—particularly regarding the assessment of non-financial matters that impact our business or are impacted by our activities.
