A highlight was the presentation of the new cooperation between neuland.ai AG and comTeam. “The company is developing an AI group solution scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2026. It is designed to enable small and medium-sized enterprises in particular to implement AI in a reliable, practical, and legally compliant way,” explains comTeam Managing Director Sven Glatter. The solution is based on the neuland.ai Hub (CompanyGPT) – a secure platform compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act, featuring knowledge-based AI, assistant functions, and accompanying training. comTeam partners benefit from certified, secure AI technology, attractive special conditions, and comprehensive training and support services.
For some partners of kiwiko – the IT security–focused network – the conference was a special moment: It was their first time on-site as part of the joint network following the merger with comTeam. Just two weeks earlier, the kiwiko partner meeting had taken place, where the cooperation and the opportunities of the new joint allignment were on the agenda:exchange, unified strategies, and pooled expertise – particularly in the field of security – now mesh seamlessly.
The comTeam Partner Conference kicked off in the morning with a special highlight: a two-hour prompting workshop by Nils Söder, Head of AI at comTeam partner Kutzschbach Electronic. More than 40 participants took advantage of the free session to deepen their knowledge of Artificial Intelligence. In the afternoon, the second workshop took place: the Acronis Security Expert Training. comTeam partners gained exclusive insights into modern security strategies and were able to experience hands-on how to further strengthen their IT environments.
Throughout the day, several panel discussions offered diverse insights into the current challenges and opportunities in the IT industry. Topics ranged from modern security strategies and new service and managed IT concepts for SMEs, to practical AI applications and various digitization examples. The event concluded with a loo ahead at trends and developments sourrounding the technological foundations of modern IT systems. Two themes – or rather recommendations – ran like a common thread through all the discussions: It is becoming increasingly important to offer customers individual, practical solutions, whether in AI, MSP, or other areas. In addition, the great advantage of collaborating within the comTeam network with other system houses that have different, complementary areas of expertise should be leveraged even more strongly.
A special highlight came from the keynote by Frank Söder, Managing Director of Kutzschbach Electronic. Under the guiding principle “Not just doing things right, but doing the right things”, he spoke about effectiveness, modern leadership, and the courage for clarity in digital transformation.
To round off the day, comTeam invited participants to a special evening program: The venue transformed into a small Christmas wonderland with culinary delights, mulled wine, an ice-curling track, and atmospheric music. Amid festive decorations, participants enjoyed the cozy athmosphere, exchanged ideas, and celebrated a successful end to the year together.
“Our partner conference stands for what is comTeam all about: closeness, trust, and the courage to break new grounds together. I’m delighted to see how intensively our partners exchange ideas, learn from each another, and work together on new concepts. The interplay of innovation, community, and inspiration is the foundation of a strong network – and that’s exactly what we want to continuingin the future.”
The comTeam Partner Conference 2025 impressively demonstrated how professional excellence and a team spirit can be combined. Between technology, innovation, and festive atmosphere, the event offered an inspiring event emerged that looks ahead– toa connected, digital, and dynamic year 2026.
