The year began with an “Impulse Day” on 30 January. Frank Söder, Managing Director of Kutzschbach Electronic GmbH & Co. KG, delivered a keynote titled “Confidence and Adaptability in a Digital Future”, offering valuable insights into resilience and corporate culture in the context of digital transformation. Key topics also included the comTeam MSP-MANAGER for managing and billing Managed Services, as well as the comTeam Skill-Base Search for targeted knowledge management.
The kick-off events held in Spaichingen, Ehekirchen, and Oberhausen in February and March were also a great success. Participants gained deeper insights into the network’s core topics, such as the comTeam MSP-MANAGER and the white-label training platform comTeach4you. comTeam also shared updates on funding opportunities, change management, and digital sales, sparking lively discussions on current market trends. “Continuous learning and adaptability are key to unlocking the full potential of digital infrastructure-based networking,” emphasised Sven Glatter.
Another highlight was the working group “Towards a More Independent Digital Future” on 10 March 2025. In collaboration with SUSE, one of the leading providers of open-source software solutions, participants discussed digital sovereignty, open source, and the concept of “Made in Europe.” comTeam firmly believes that solutions like those from SUSE provide a solid foundation for a secure and independent digital future.
Looking ahead to summer, comTeam has a diverse programme of events planned. Highlights include the “Business & Wine” event in Heilbronn, a motorbike tour through the Sauerland region, participation in the Hanse Sail in Rostock, and a cycling tour through Schleswig-Holstein. “These events offer not only unique experiences but also numerous opportunities for exchange. They strengthen partnerships within our network and create space for new ideas,” explains Sven Glatter. The highlight of the year will be the Partner Conference on 25 November 2025 at the historic Wöllried estate near Würzburg – an exclusive opportunity for in-depth discussions and insights into the latest industry trends. With mulled wine and a festive, inspiring atmosphere, the evening programme will provide the perfect setting for valuable networking – true to the motto “Mulled Wine Meets Technology – A Connected Christmas.”
In conclusion, Managing Director Sven Glatter remains optimistic about the rest of the year: “With a clear focus, new in-house initiatives, and strong partnerships, we are entering the coming months with great drive. We are confident that we will continue to strengthen our leading position in the IT industry throughout 2025.”
