ElectronicPartner Welcomes New Apprentices to Düsseldorf Headquarters

Supporting young talent remains a key element of ElectronicPartner's corporate strategy, even in challenging economic times.

"Particularly now, it is important to continue investing in the skilled professionals of tomorrow wherever economic conditions allow," says Matthias Assmann, Member of the Executive Board at ElectronicPartner.

In August 2026, ElectronicPartner welcomes two new apprentices to its Düsseldorf headquarters. Anton Grüner is beginning his apprenticeship as an E-Commerce Management Assistant, while Noah Markow is starting his training as an IT Specialist in Systems Integration. Over the coming years, both apprentices will gain experience across different areas of the business, building a strong foundation for their future careers.

Even before officially joining the company, the two new apprentices took part in an early onboarding event in June, giving them their first insights into ElectronicPartner. During the event, they were welcomed by their apprentice mentors, introduced to contacts from the Human Resources team, and had the opportunity to get to know one another through a range of networking activities.

As they officially begin their apprenticeships, the new recruits can look forward to a comprehensive induction program at the company's Düsseldorf headquarters. Alongside introductory sessions with fellow apprentices, they will take part in a company treasure hunt designed to provide an engaging overview of the various business divisions. Anton Grüner and Noah Markow will also meet their future teams and become familiar with their respective areas of responsibility.

"Creating opportunities for young people and nurturing talent remains an important part of who we are as a company," says Timo Stockem, Head of Human Resources at ElectronicPartner. "Well-trained, highly qualified professionals will always be among the most valuable assets in our industry."
