"Our core strength is the personal support we provide to our affiliated businesses – whether they operate on large or small premises, in rural or urban areas, as new ventures, successions, or takeovers," emphasizes Friedrich Sobol. With EP:specialist retailers and the MEDIMAX franchise retail chain, ElectronicPartner offers two successful brand concepts. Both are well-established and hold strong market positions. The slogans "EP:Simply more personal." and "MEDIMAX – More People. More Tech." highlight the close relationships between the entrepreneurs, their teams as local heroes, and their customers.
To promote the various paths to partnership, teams from ElectronicPartner's Düsseldorf headquarters – spanning marketing, HR, sales, and PR – have developed a wide range of initiatives tailored to different communication channels, platforms, and target groups. The central hub of the campaign is the new "Become a Partner" landing page, which is intentionally hosted on the corporate brand website, electronicpartner.com. "We are proactively reaching out to people who want to run their own business while collaborating with us as equals. At the core of our campaign is the invitation: 'Become an ElectronicPartner!' – with EP:specialist retailers or MEDIMAX," explains Friedrich Sobol. In addition to general testimonials, members from both retail lines act as ambassadors.
The national-level measures, launched around IFA 2023, include social media campaigns on LinkedIn and XING, job ads on the career portals of ElectronicPartner, EP:specialist retailers, and MEDIMAX, as well as print ads, online banners, and advertorials in industry media. SEA campaigns are set to follow later in the fall. "We are also rolling out tailored, local campaigns aimed at finding successors from specific regions for individual locations," adds Friedrich Sobol. "The national and regional campaigns complement each other perfectly and work hand in hand. This ensures we reach every individual who can envision becoming self-employed in our industry – with us by their side," he concludes.
